Coming from East or West, Merge onto I-495 W/LONG ISLAND EXPY

Take EXIT 33 toward COMMUNITY DR/LAKEVILLE RD /GREAT NECK.

Stay STRAIGHT to go onto N SERVICE RD.

Turn RIGHT onto COMMUNITY DR.

Stay STRAIGHT to go onto E SHORE RD.

Stay STRAIGHT to go onto HICKS LN.

Turn RIGHT onto MIDDLE NECK RD.

End at 855 Middle Neck Rd Great Neck , NY 11024-1441

REVERSE:

 

Start out going SOUTH on MIDDLE NECK RD toward APPLETREE LN.

Turn LEFT onto HICKS LN.

Notes:

Our First Support Meeting held on September 20, 2008 was a great success!  It began at 1:00 PM at the Great Neck Public Library, Great Neck and we were happy to welcome NYS Assemblywoman Michelle Schimel.  Michelle spoke about her interest in Lyme disease and though she couldn't stay for the presentation of Under Our Skin, she promised to watch the DVD  at her earliest opportunity.  We presented the DVD "Under Our Skin" at 2:00 PM and then held a Q & A session afterwards.
